Free shipping
Every order ships free to Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands) and to all European Union countries.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) or due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you always know where it is. Tracking may take a few days to show its first updates.
Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days, at no extra cost.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address when ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll correct it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Order not arrived?
If more than 25 working days have passed and it hasn't arrived, email us at diegoracerom@gmail.com with your order number and we'll fix it with a reshipment or a full refund.
